SHIPPING POLICY & DELIVERY


Thanks for visiting and shopping at Freezimer, following are the terms and conditions that guide our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

 

Delivery Time

 

We value every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customers as soon as possible. After receiving your order, we will automatically contact our warehouse to confirm that the product is in stock and can be shipped immediately. In rare cases, if the product is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you immediately to ask if you want to wait for the product to be listed or refund.

All products are processed within two days (except weekends), and sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. We currently offer free shipping on all US orders.

Delivery time usually takes within 3-7 business days for US only while other countries may vary depending on the weather conditions or your location.

When we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.



Delivery Location and Cost

 

We currently only ship to the USA, and support free shipping, but we cannot deliver to the following areas:
Alaska
American Samoa
Guam
Hawaii
Marshall Islands
Northern Mariana Islands
Palau
Puerto Rico
Rhode Island
U.S. Virgin Islands



Warehouse locations

 

We have warehouses in CA, MD, DE, and TX. We will choose the closest warehouse to you to make the shipment. But, some products may be out of stock in the closest warehouse, we will arrange your products from other warehouses.

There are three different carriers to make sure your products arrive on time.

What Is The Expedited Shipping Cost?

 

We will calculate your expedited freight based on the following factors: destination, size and weight. If you can speed up product shipping, a list of shipping options and shipping rates will be displayed at checkout. You need tell our customer service your address to see if we can provide expedited service.

If you need us to deliver before a specific date, you can contact our customer service team to ensure the delivery date.


Sales Tax and Duties

 

Please note that all packages are shipped from Freezimer. For American customers, there is no additional tax on our products, which means you only need to pay the final sale price when shopping in Freezimer.

Payment

 

We accept all major credit and Debit cards (MasterCard) gift cards, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and cryptocurrency.

Payment Confirmation

 

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. Once the payment is verified, the order cannot cancel or change within this sort of time. However, we will do our best to support your request.
